About LaurieA native of Saratoga County, my knowledge of the communities, market changes, and financial negotiations helps clients succeed in their real estate endeavors. As a CPA and Certified Financial Planner, I've spent many years working with individual and small business clients on a variety of tax, financial, and strategic planning issues. Clients often seek advice when buying and selling either personal or investment property. In addition, I've also owned a number of properties myself and have personally experienced the "joys" of remodeling, additions, and improvements! With the NY real estate license, I actively assist clients through the ENTIRE real estate transaction - from financial analysis, through the purchase or sale, as well as post-transaction questions and property development.
