ProfileA native of Saratoga County, my knowledge of the communities, market changes, and financial negotiations helps clients succeed in their real estate endeavors. As a CPA and Certified Financial Planner, I've spent many years working with individual and small business clients on a variety of tax, financial, and strategic planning issues. Clients often seek advice when buying and selling either personal or investment property. In addition, I've also owned a number of properties myself and have personally experienced the "joys" of remodeling, additions, and improvements! With the NY real estate license, I actively assist clients through the ENTIRE real estate transaction - from financial analysis, through the purchase or sale, as well as post-transaction questions and property development. I have a wide referral base to other experienced professionals (attorneys, inspectors, financing contacts, and more) so clients have quick access to everyone needed to make sure their real estate transactions go as smoothly and completely as possible.
