Project Management

We are unique among project management firms in that we offer the entire range of services needed to create a project: master planning, bench phase testing, piloting, permitting, design, and construction – all with a focus on creating new water supplies from impaired water sources, and on sustainability.

We provide all project elements including design/build components. Our team analyzes a project’s needs and utilizes the most environmentally benign and technologically advanced approach to devise specific, sustainable solutions.

Water Management

The Larkin Group is strategizing to find new and reclaimed water sources to help alleviate the water shortage in California and other drought-prone areas. We are currently field testing new technologies to lower the overall cost, energy use, and chemical additives necessary to treat municipal wastewater. This same technology can be applied to water extracted through oil drilling to create a new source of water for beneficial reuses. The Larkin Group Water Division has just merged with Global Water Innovations to enhance this effort.

Permitting Management

The Larkin Group has the capacity to deliver on any element of an environmentally sensitive project. Our business model has evolved from providing sustainable solutions for the golf industry to developing sustainable solutions for mixed-use and commercial projects. 

In the pre-construction phase, we take a concept and develop the master plan to bring through the regulatory process so that we can obtain all the necessary permits to build the development.
